Yeah but Sy is a bigger recruit now. LSU pursuing others because Sy is not solid at all.

I’m definitely a little concerned about the close if this class with the a NCAA stuff going on. I never felt good about Quinnones with us pressing for him and then him not signing early, Sy and Watford have a ton of teams in on them now as well. Gonna be tough to go 3/3 ob them.

Finish this season strong and make a bit of noise in the NCAA tournament and everything will be fine.
There are so many avenues for players these days with the grad transfer market, Juco, international, etc.
With our two redshirts and two signees, we have four new players already lined up for next year. Need probably two bigs to wrap up the class. I’m hoping they sign a transfer to sit out and develop as well.
Wade is a relentless recruiter and his staff is also. They will be fine. They need to get past this recruiting class and the NCAA investigation talk will be null for 2020.

Bjorn doesn't know what some on the board know.
Regardless, I think LSU is likely out of the Watford race now with all of the bad PR and heat on the program.
In fact, I doubt LSU signs any high profile kids the rest of this recruiting cycle.
Sucks.

Everyone with a twitter or message board account knows what’s going on. It’s not some secret bud. Most people already knew by using common sense, it’s just in the open now

I don’t know, but what else could he possibly know that everyone else can’t figure out? The FBI isn’t doing anything to LSU. They might charge Wade with a crime but the FBI isn’t handing sanctions. The NCAA will tell us what our b-ball sanctions are and that won’t be figured out until after the season. Unless LSU is planning on withdrawing from the tournament and he knows that, then everyone knows the NCAA is about to hit us with postseason bans and scholarship restrictions. Our current roster will probably get hardship waivers that allow them to transfer freely as well. We’ve seen these same sanctions on other schools. It’s not going to be a suprise

The FBI is investigating their case, then the NCAA will investigate theirs. This has been said several times. You realize the FBI can’t hand down sanctions to a university and the NCAA can’t arrest people right?

We can probably "suspend" this thread for a while. Looks like nothing good on the recruiting front will be happening for a while.
