Trendon Watford will visit Duke this weekend, not good for the Tigers IMO.
I'm worried that the news about Wade being subpoenaed won't be good for recruiting.

But will it be effective? I don't know so much goes into recruiting and building these relationships.

Huh?
As for it being effective. If i were an 18 year old coming out of high school i would want to know my head coach is going to be around for my 1 to 4 years in college.
Hopefully all this court stuff doesn't effect this class.

Eh I wouldn’t go all doom and gloom just yet. And I was saying there is so much that goes into building relationships with these players over time that this issue shouldn’t dissolve those bonds by itself

These accusations have a shelf life, basically of this recruiting season.
And Duke is involved in much of the same shite.
LSU needs to get past this recruiting season, and this will all go away. We already have two good signees. I have faith in Wade to replace Reid and Waters, if needed. If he can do that and get to 2020 with this behind him, all will be good.

Here is an update on one of the 2021 guys we've offered. Sekou Gassama from DeSmet HS in metro St Louis. (Same HS as former LSU pitcher Kyle Bouman)

Emmanuel Ugboh, listed at 6-11, 250, currently attends Iowa Western Community College, where he's been a productive two-year starter. Several major programs have offered Ugboh scholarships in recent weeks, including LSU, UConn and Washington State. East Carolina and Kansas State were reported as new offers on Monday. Rutgers and Ole Miss have been recruiting Ugboh since last fall, and both programs have offered him scholarships.

Hope this doesnt mean Wade feels we're slipping with Khadim Sy, because Sy is definitely more skilled than Ugboh.
