We know the kid personally in our house. My son was on the LCA football team though way ahead of Fitz. But he knew him when Fitz was in middle school and my Wife saw Fitz everyday because he walked to school and my wife unloaded pre k to 4th graders at school.
Fitz is exactly what you want in a kid. Off the field he is a gentle guy and friendly though quiet around adults at least. Works hard and is respectful to his coaches and teammates. I can't say enough good things about him.

Plus, he is smart and a good athlete for someone his size. I believe this kid has plenty of potential to be a great center for the offensive line over next few years. Hope he ends up a Tiger!

Love this kid.
Went to the camp to get his offer and got it.

If anything, this should do the exact opposite. The kid wants to help his team win and is willing to play whatever position the coach wants him to in order to make the team better. I think he wants to be at lsu, and he's willing to play wherever it takes
And big uglies don't do Sonic, so anybody that has a problem with a big boy being called an athlete can meet at Golden Corral.
