Orgeron could counter with, I can get you a boatload of cash on draft day as well as a ring.
Smart has been there a year longer than Orgeron, loaded the roster with 4-5 five stars.

They hired Kirby to go all in on recruiting and winning championships. I know we trash him as opposing fans for not winning a title, but they are recruiting at a necessary level to win it all. Hopefully for us, he keeps thinking he can win with an outdated offense.

Kirby is an overrated coach In my opinion. He has made multiple decisions in big games that have cost him a chance to win that championship. He is a great recruiter but I don’t trust him to win me a big game at all.

I agree that his game day coaching leaves much to be desired, particularly in big games. He has a ton of pressure on him from a national stand point to win a title because you can only bring in top classes for so long without winning one. Sooner or later, you lose credibility with what you're selling kids if you can't deliver on the field.

He took a cell phone pic of Bama’s recruiting board before he left for the uga job then shared that pic with recruits to convince them that Bama didn’t think as highly of them as uga did.
