Expect a lot of de-commits and kids hitting the portal. Ohio State, Texas A&M, Tennessee and Florida amongst the leaders. Combination of poor performance or Unstable NIL programs. On NIL, many don’t deliver or are now using agreements that are back loaded with cancelation

Seems like he is more trying to sell Miami than he really has inside knowledge to all these other programs. Plus saying there's a lot expected to come from atm is a bit odd considering 26 of them are already in the portal. So he's not really predicting anything there unless atm is gonna lose half their entire team to the portal.
Eta: I love his tweet says players will leave those schools due to poor performance yet miami didn't even make a bowl and lost to middle Tennessee. That's some serious mental gymnastics this guy is tweeting.

Again, I have no insider knowledge but I can tell you with 100% certainty that kids will decommit. Players will hit the portal from every single school in the nation.
