It’s kinda funny that Emory has been compared very much to Joe McKnight.
If you read meat market it mentions that O thought landing McKnight would be the indicator that he could turn ole miss into a contender. Fast forward 12 years and it appears O has another chance at him.

No one said he was, but when we finish this reg season 11-1 or 10-2, it will GREATLY enhance our ability to get the top players in order to strengthen our program. Success on the field = success in recruiting, and the cycle continues.

I'm not suggesting he is a sure commitment but Vol did report that Emery requested a meeting with O and the coaching staff after the Georgia game. That will tell you all you need to know

Smart losing Emery tells me he’s no Saban. Saban would have the handlers, trainers, parent (when necessary), local district attorney, whore girlfriend and her whore Mom, barber, tire changer, and local Dodge dealer completely on board

We need some clarification, we’ve got 100 different people saying 100 different things.
Some are saying he’s a bama lock
Some are saying he’s an LSU lock
Some are saying it’s not a done deal
Some are saying he’s now pissed at the staff and that they asked him to not go to UGA this weekend
I’m not sure who to believe.
