Not as high as howard is ranked right now. And I think howard will only go up from where he’s ranked now

He was the nest highest. But, currently Howard is #3 QB and Harris was not that high.

Just looked it up, Howard has a 93 rating and is 62nd overall in his class. Harris had a 96 rating but was 97th in his class. Harris was the 11th ranked QB while Howard is currently the 5th.
Of course that's comparing Howard's rankings after his sophomore season to Harris final rankings so current placement doesn't mean that much as there's still gonna be so much movement up until 2022 signing day.

Everyone's grading is low right now. It will go up when they start really evaluating 2022.
