Is the staff still looking for a center?

"A three-year starter in the University of Akron offensive line, Bryce is a candidate for the starting center job. Petersen started 30 games, 28 of them at center and two at left guard for the Zips in his first three active seasons. He began his college career at Riverside City College in 2017 (Coach Tom Craft) and helped the Tigers win a conference championship and advance to the Southern California Football Association’s championship game."
I don't know anything about the kid other than this, but centers with this many starts don't usually become available this late in the game.

Looking him up, haaaardddd pass from me.
So he didn't play in 2021 for SJSU after transferring in December 2020, is transferring again now.
At Akron, he played in 2018-2020 starting each year, but his PFF grades are pretty bad:
2018: 57.5
2019: 43.2
2020: 55.3
Yeah, no thanks.
Also is this guy like 25 or something? Came out of JUCO in 2017 and still has eligibility for 2022?

We have eight wr now.
Hope we don’t lose anymore.
That’s the lowest ive ever seen at lsu.
I’m thinking that is where one spot goes to.

Yea we have 8 WR’s and they’re all basically 5 stars lol. We really don’t have anything to worry about there
