He’s going to Florida State. Bama offered a qb committed to Princeton today. Let’s see if we have a backup plan for qb or taking Goodrich.

Bamas stuff is weird. Basically stopped pursuing Foster, all reports out of the weekend was that the Purdy kid was coming in this week and likely to commit or they would decide to not take one. Now the Purdy kid is trending to Iowa St, of all places, and Bama offers this other kid. Strange. If I were taking it blindly I'd think is was our qb recruiting situation.
Don't want Foster, but wouldnt take issue with it, so doesn't matter to me. Keep pressing Goodrich.

Jesus Christ just take Goodrich for frick sake. Go all in for Gunner for next year. I'd rather have McMillen right now than Foster.

Need Goodrich more. Again wouldn't take issue if Foster for in , just prefer Goodrich.
Gunnell is listening. Think we can flip him. Its still very early and I think we try for 2 so I expect Ensminger to do his best to try to open doors. No matter what the perception is, LSU is still a marketable and known brand. We have to land a marquee guy at some point. These kids have to see or have someone close that can see that our only real missing piece for the last decade has been qb. The opportunity is there we just need an ace to take advantage of it. Maybe Brennan or Narcisse is that guy.

Why? You don’t think a 4th year QB could beat out Foster for his 3rd string spot? Hell McMillan might be #2 coming out of spring. Foster wouldn’t see the field at LSU for the next 3 years. Don’t understand all the “we need this qb” talk. I’d take Loving as an emergency option over Foster as a fish....
