He's almost a dead ringer for Reid. If we could keep him for two years we might be a national champion his sophomore year.

I think Watford is a 2 year guy, not a 1 and done which will be great. Imagine a year 2 Trendon Watford and N’Faley Dante. I think it’s possible LSU could get 2 really really high profile recruits in the 2020 class.

Reminds me a lot of John Collins for the Atlanta Hawks. We aren’t gonna be conceding the SEC title so easily next year

I think it all depends on what other teams lose/bring back. Tennessee can either be the favorite to win the league or projected lower due to people leaving. With Smart, Mays, Williams back, and additions of Watford/Quiones/Sy/A&M kid, we definitely should be a top 4 team in league

Awesome video. Seems like a really good kid to get at LSU, and very skilled as well. A natural fit to replace Naz, a big man with handles and outside shot that you can run the offense through to beat zones. Would love to have him.
On a side note, there's a bunch on the net about his coach Bucky McMillan too. He's the next young up and coming coach. He'll be coaching college very shortly.

I had the same thought, while watching the video.
Maybe we can get him to replace Benford. His team is well coached.

Is that allowed? I know you can do it in football if you hire the HS coach to an actual coaching position.
Basketball has fewer coaches so I would not be surprised if there were rules against it.
