So it looks like Hootie is setting up his official for this weekend. Should be a good visit with
Dupre and Trey there to get in his ear. As well as a non pressure game so the the coaches can spend more time with him

The only part of that interview that sounds more favorable to Bama was the part about LSU is like family and Bama is like family but also business.
Wasn't Robinson saying almost that exact thing this summer?

If anything, it sounded like Hootie was disinterested in the interview itself. Sounded like he was in his vehicle playing with the radio. I'm definitely not going to try and read the kid's mind. If he comes, great. If he doesn't, nothing we can do about it. Next man up.

It won't be because he got paid. To imply or flat out state otherwise assumes there is no other reason a kid would go to Bama and it is an insult to him and his family.

Fluker is accused of receiving money from an agent as an incentive to allow that agent to represent him, not accused of taking money to come to Alabama.
I understand how it goes with SOME LSU fans. Some fans get that not every recruiting battle can be won by the home school. Some understand that kids want to go elsewhere sometimes. However, there are some fans - like you, for example - who have to make an excuse for any battle lost. "His girlfriend made him do it", "he's got handlers getting jobs at Bama", "he just got a new car", the list goes on.
I'm glad no Bama fans acted this way when the current Heisman front runner from 35 miles outside of Tuscaloosa decided he wanted to go to FSU. Most Bama fans accepted t and moved on.

As a matter of fact, he did get a hummer. And, Robinson got a truck. And Sims's mom got a hummer. All of this happened around their announcements.
If this same scenario were to happen in the Birmingham area with all 3 kids pledging to LSU, Bama fans would be just as outraged.....if not more. As a matter of fact, I could see our live oak trees on campus being poisoned.
Quit acting holier than thou, prick.

Because EVERYONE thought he was going MLB and would never go to college.

No. Bama fans resort to destruction of property and homosexual acts when they don't get their way. Go frick yourself.

Well after listening to part of the interview one thing stuck out. He wants to see if the atmosphere will be such that he would want to stay after the football season is over. I can tell you from personal knowledge that a few of the well known out-of-state players absolutely hate T-town in the off-season.
Their words..."it's nothing to do there after the football season is over!"

If that optometrist giving money to get players to Bama is true, i would absolutely like to have a name. Thats something i can get verified and take care of!
