the rating isn't impressive, but if you look at this kid's offer sheet, he's obviously better than a 3 star and will likely finish as a 4 star. very nice get.

A lot of these guys who don’t have a true position in high school are underrated because scouts don’t know where to project them. I think this is the case for Mitchell. We rarely miss on DB prospects so I trust O, Raymond, and Busch here. His film is impressive and warrants a higher rating.
