It’s by Greg Biggins, a guy who CB’d him to UGA but now says LSU is the team to beat.
It was a little surprising to see that he likes the scheme at UGA... their dlineman mainly just soak up blocks

The continued narrative that 3-4 linemen only eat blocks is completely outdated. UGA runs the same version of the 3-4 Bama does which isn't the one Aranda ran. And it's only the base which teams are almost never in anymore. A minimum of half their snaps are with 4 down linemen. Offenses have evolved and as such so has the defenses

We run a 4 man front 70-80% of the time. 3-4 is our base though.

A 4 man front with 2 DT, NT, and an OLB, or two true defensive ends?

It just depends on the down and distance to be honest.

It depends what 3-4 they are running
Glenn Logan was playing end in aranda s scheme and he was 320. Same as Neil farrell.
