You can say Jefferson was better than smith all day because hindsight is 20/20 but if you think we wouldn't have taken smith over jefferson at the time you're out of your mind. It's awesome that Jefferson turned out how he did but our staff 10000000% had smith over jefferson on their boards that year

This situation will be like Devante Smith. Everyone will say he isn't great and that LSU isn't missing out on anything and then in two or three years he'll be one of the best receivers in the country.
Or he could be a Cam Sims. Never really dominated but still make it to the league.
