Sadly, the world is littered with people who never fulfilled their talent, maybe Fleming will be different. I wish him luck.

Probably the best player I've ever seen in person.

This kid was given multiple opps at LSU. He blew them all.

He never went to LSU.

No, he did not. The national triple jump record for high schoolers is 54 feet and some change and was set in 2004. Fleming never even went over 49 feet.

Believe me i know how highly ranked Loston was out of highschool and all that but until you see this guy play in person and see what he can do your opinion doesnt really mean much.

What are you talking about? All that exist is opinions on this board. Come on dude.

Im saying that a persons opinion that has seen him play in real life and seen what he can do holds more water than someone that hasnt. How could you not see that that is what i meant?

Too late for him to play at LSU.
He was VERY athletic, but raw. We now have players/recruits just as athletic and more refined at their positions. No need to take the chance, he'll get to play at a smaller school.
We can get Jeremy Cutrer in 2 years. Cutrer could be a beast CB or safety. Way more potential than Fleming
It's almost certainly too late for him and LSU. LSU bent over backwards and tried everything in their power to give this kid an opportunity to earn his spot, but he never got it all together.
However, no we don't have any DBs as athletic as Fleming. His measurables, as insane as they are, don't even do him justice. You have to see it with your own eyes. There's a difference in the way he moves, beyond fluid.
He'd be up there in any "Best That Never Was" list I made for the last decade or so. Kid is beyond talented.

^^^ this guy gets it!

If only people knew the story behind the story......they wouldn't be so quick to judge the kid. He only should have been arrested once. The last arrest was just insane.

I'm playing golf tomorrow with one of TK's HS teachers from Benton. Will ask about what kind of student he was.

Well whats the story? Last I remember he hunted down a much smaller kid and put him in the hospital. I don't know how you really explain yourself out of that one.

Sounds like Taylor Mays.
Where is he now?

It's already been pointed out he never held the national triple jump record. That was a kid from Tara. Also someone who wasted a ton of talent.

Living in Bossier City training hard everyday trying to make a team is what he told me. He got an invite to the combine camp. As long as he can display what he can do in front of people that matter i have a feeling he will make it somewhere relevant. One of the nicest guys ive ever met so dont listen to these people thats never spoke a word to him saying hes a thug.
