I like your enthusiasm. 7 5* would have to be a record right?

People hate on this online but it is young. Kardell is going to come in and set the tone. Stropling will be a big pickup in this class.

I think people are just skeptical that Miller will stick based on the role he's likely to play at LSU. Seems like he's looking at being used similarly to Alexander this year. I think people assume he'll want to go somewhere that he can compete to start at one corner

I haven't seen anyone say they were sold on Warren, but it sure seems like we're running out of options

I said it the other day and will say it again, I wouldn't mind if we took Warren but he's the bottom of the class guy on the DL(he or/and Evans). Don't mean it as a knock but those 2 are 5 year guys not gonna impact in the next 2 years, which we need. Hopefully we get most of the kids to stay with n school and we will be good next year. A year later is a different story unless we land some studs or have some guys really blossom. I don't want to rely on true freshmen as rotation depth unless they are special. Don't see special really anywhere in our depth on the DL. There's potential but no stud that has stood out so far.
I do like Farrell. Think he's gonna have a very good next 2 years.

Christian Williams DB from Daphne, AL. Wouldn’t be surprised one bit.

Not sure why two people would downvote this. Williams is one of the best defensive backs in the country.

Sources? Or sauces as many of you say. Well he and my son are eating me out of house and home. Far as the wearing of LSU gloves yes it’s true. Having said that Daphne High wears purple and gold. Look Williams likes our coaches. They call and text him constantly. It’s very possible the kid flips. If he’s a priority for Saban and wants in to LSU our coaches will make room.

Tell him to flip then. Believe me, Raymond wants him, and he'd get playing time within the next 2 years.

Oh trust me he’s heard the flip pitch from me more times than I can count. He loves Raymond. Loves our campus. Loved his visit to the UGA LSU game. I don’t think people on this board know how good he is and how legit the rumors are that he’s having second thoughts on Bama. He will play quicker at LSU. Great high character kid and I would be ecstatic to have him. I commend the tanacity of Raymond. If we don’t land him it won’t be from lack of effort.

Myron Warren

Shea Dixon and Billy Embody put picks for Warren to go to Texas today. Maybe he's on a visit there or maybe we're getting someone we had higher on the board. Or maybe Warren's going to Texas and we're whiffing on everyone.

Likely conclusion LSU hasn't and probably won't offer. My concern from the start was his frame and scheme fit.

Oh. I thought it was a foregone conclusion that we would offer at some point if we missed on enough guys.

Are you waiting until Feb 7 to tell us who the bigger fish are?

This is the quietest year I can remember for LSU recruiting in terms of the lack of new names appearing.

For DL, LSU is going all out for the Mississippi guys, Sopsher and possibly a Juco. They need at least 2 from this group. We will see. Good news is LSU has all of their official visits still to host because they only had 3-4 total during the season.

So the same 3-4 guys that have already committed to a different school, and nobody has the name of a Juco.

At least last year we knew about Goodrich, seems to be no backup at all this year.

Probably because no one is holding their breath on flipping a Bama commit. No doubt he's one of the best in the country and I'm sure he's considering LSU but we've played this game before and have lost every time.

Whatever you have to do to get this kid signed. Even up to kidnapping and forging his signature. Get it done.

I was thinking the same thing except for the edge rushers. We got Chaisson back and Divinty is looking really good off the edge too. We won't be losing any of our front 5 to the draft. Lets not forget how good Queen has looked the last several games. But yeah we need big time help at off tackle but like you I predict Rosenthal to be at one of the tackle spots
