Eric Gentry Arizona State Freshman All American LB in Portal

Campbell, wire, dumervil, Frazier, Bradford, kardell, dellinger, shorts, Martinez, hill, jones, west. We need a 13th or 14th olineman?

Te is a no brainer. Then best availible at cb, lb staff thinks we need most. We are very thin at lb

But are there players like Jayden Daniels that you just can't say no to?

None of our LBs are better than Gentry right now.

Depth of bodies at inside LBer isn't an issue as of now. I think they are at 9 scholarships there.

Other than Baskerville (we know he can play) I question the talent more than the depth. Jones remains an unknown inside to me.

If Gentry is a sure fire starter he is worth a look.

How is it naive? Gentry was a freshman all American and has elite measurables and physical tools and was actually productive. Penn barley saw the field and Jones is a transfer in his 4th year who didn’t play much until late in the year last year.

DE with those measurables.

I’d take Baskerville over him

Let’s also not forget 5* Harold Perkins will be here in a few weeks......he’s gonna see the field as a true freshman....

Jones was a freshman All American at Clemson. He didn’t play much until the end of last year because our coaching staff was fricking retarded.

Also what kind of competition was Gentry going up against at ASU? It probably wasn’t that good because the PAC 12 sucked balls.

Once again I’m not saying I wouldn’t take a chance on him but to act like he would be our best LB is just dumb.
