I have just finished reading an article in the Advocate about 2018 recruiting in which Coach Feaster of Parkway basically says that it would be hard for LSU to get players from Parkway because of the way Brandon Harris was treated. So how was Brandon treated? He saw the field as a true freshman. He struggled as a sophomore, but he retained his job as the starting quarterback. He struggled again at the start of his junior year and was replaced by Etling. Brandon has been given every opportunity to succeed; it just has not happened. He will be given a chance to succeed again during the spring. If he is the best man for the job; he will get it. If not, he will sit. What else should be done? Perhaps we should blame Feaster for his shortcomings as Feaster seems fit to blame LSU. Let the young man alone, and let him compete fairly.

You do know Feaster is an idiot???? Reminds me of a spoiled 10 year old.
Didn't he and his principal have another coach or band director arrested? Can't remember the details but something odd a couple of years ago happened against one of the Baton Rouge area teams in the playoff.

I do not know the man, but he does Harris (I admire Harris for sticking it out) and other players a disservice by making comments such as this. No player should be given a position. Etling only got a shot after Harris did not produce. According to Canada the job is open; let the games begin.

Live Oak coach was arrested because he warmed his team up while the band was playing during pre-game.

Looks like the only way to save LSU, is to give his entire team scholarships and name them starters now.

Feaster had nothing to do with that other than being the coach of the home team. It was a power play between the Parkway principal and the Live Oak coach. Each school's band was given a certain amount of time to perform before the game started. Live Oak's band director, I'm sure through the persuasion of the football coach, decided they would not take that allotted time and that the football team could have their time to warm up plus the the band's time. Parkway principal said no, if you don't use it then it is just forfeited as the Parkway football team wasn't going to get the "extra" time added to their warm up since their band was performing. Live Oak coach continued warming his team up after their warm up time was expired and the Parkway principal told a deputy to escort him off the field to make the team stop warming up, not arrest him. He did coach the game.

No sir you are an idiot if you believe this. He has a minor in math and teaches every math class available...no he is anything but an idiot!
But he is a great coach with a sorry disposition. A mutual friend said it this way, "If you put him in a room with 100 people who don't know him....in 10 minutes 98 don't like him."
Let me say again he is a great coach, his record proves it, but LSU owes Harris "0", nothing, nada...he was given every chance to succeed.

I remember when he went on 104.5 pissed off that Harris wasn't starting as a freshman and openly said he wanted Harris to transfer.

Haha, she was anything but coerced by Feaster. You think Feaster is over assertive, he's nothing compared to her.

Feaster is hardly a great coach. He is very lucky to have secured a job at Parkway which gets a lot of talented athletes and lots of community support.
However, he is unquestionably a person of horrible judgment and is as unlikeable as they come.
If he is pushing an anti-LSU bias at his school, it would not surprise me.
