Did the recruiting sites whiff big time on this dude's evaluation? Sure looks like it.

He started getting more attention once his Senior highlights came out. Couple other big schools are on him too.

Agree with you that Brian Thomas is a take if he wants in.

However, disagree about Malik Nabers at CB. He will be on the offensive side of the ball at WR. That kid is a stud whose composite ranking almost assuredly would have been much higher had he been able to play his senior year (he had to sit out his senior year on account of transferring to a new HS).

What’s the latest on Balfour? How is LSU trending here? Would be nice to close out the class with Thomas, Balfour on Wednesday and then hold that last spot for a transfer LB.

Thomas, Balfour, and another OL/LB and I'll be happy.

I think Balfour is currently being told to hold off. I think they want Moko, Thomas and a transfer lb.

That would be a mistake. They will lose Balfour to Auburn or UNC if they try to make him wait.

The only reason I say that is because nobody has heard anything from Moko Thomas or Balfour. And I don't know where we are with the transfer lbs. I'm purely speculating, I'd like to hear what you think regarding the final three spots.

Unsure, I think he's a sophmore though.

They’ve moved off Moko.

With everyone on the line returning and a massive OL class in 2022 expected, this is less of a priority.

They can get a grad transfer next year if they need to plug a hole.

I call bullshat on this proclamation.

With all the top O linemen we whiffed on this cycle, you're telling me they are already counting their chickens for next cycle?

That's amateur hour at it's finest.

From what I’m hearing, LSU in good spot to sign Balfour on Wednesday

Agree with Menace, I predict we finish with the following on Wednesday:
1). BTJ
2). Balfour
3). Txfr. LB

Sucks we’re only going to finish with 2 OL in the class, but that’s the way it looks to me.

Don’t know where you’re getting Malik as a CB, outside of Deion and Bech, Malik has the “It” factor. Deion maybe the best WR in this class and Malik isn’t too far behind him.

Look at our 2022 cornerbacks.

Do we really need another?

CB
Cordele Flott 6-1 165
Raydarious Jones 6-1 170
Demarius McGhee 6-1 170
——Laterrance Welch 6-1 185 fr
——JaDarian Rhym 6-0 175 fr

Eli Ricks 6-1 190
Jay Ward 6-1 175
Dwight McGlothern 6-1 185
Darren Evans 6-2 180
——Marcus Scott 6-0 175 fr

Even if Darren Evan’s transfers, that’s still eight corners.

What about Eli Ricks, don’t see him on your list (don’t believe he’s transferred at this point)??
