That is true grad transfers do not count as scholarship. So LSU will finish with 26, 25 schollys and one transfer

Ross Dellenger of the Advocate tweeted out yesterday that a spokesperson for LSU confirmed to him that Tracy counted against the 25.

Grad transfers don’t count towards 25 they count towards 85
