It’s pretty remarkable a guy whom holds 27 offers from elite programs isn’t a 5 star, right? Well he says, “it’s due to him never going to a camp. That’s why he’s only a 3 star, had he gone to camps he would have been a 5 star” great get from LSU.

Don’t know about 5 star , but film is easy 4 star. Haven’t seen his speed posted, but looks fast on film.

He’s definitely a 4 star guy, not 5 and certainly not 3.

Lots of high 3* have really good offer lists. 300 or so 4* which is only 12 25 man recruiting classes.
Lots of the early 3s get bumped but some don’t and still become damn good players

lots? No. Dakota Mitchell has the best 3* offer list I’ve ever seen, it’s dumb to pretend that offer lists like his happen regularly

Should I keep going? It's dumb to think that the elite schools only offer 4*s, as all the elite schools fill out their rosters with 3*s who other good programs want

Probably a regional bias but I would say PSU/ND/Oregon are national level offers that are equal to UF/Auburn.
Clemson/Bama/LSU have won big and UGA has been damn close recently.
I'm not arguing he doesn't have a damn good offer list, was just saying offers of Bama/OSU/Oregon/PSU/ND/OU is an elite offer list (and more national).

I'd say that after looking at his list of offers, he's a 5* in my books. Polls missed the mark. Welcome on board Dakota
