Is it at all possible for both 2022 guys to commit soon? Or are these CB's just a oh yea its a big instate talent for LSU they aren't going anywhere.

I'm sure I'll get downvoted like crazy, and I can't predict the future, but I talked to one of Howard's coaches last week and he said he did not think he'll be going to LSU.
I'd love to see him wear purple and gold in Tiger Stadium, but this came from his coach and someone who is very close to him.

Howard was able to visit this spring and take in a spring practice before everything was shut down. He was by Ensminger’s side the entire time. Nussmeier was there too.

Sonny is not known for hot takes. He usually puts in CB’s after the player has signed and made it to campus already.

If I had a nickel for every time I’ve heard the same thing on these boards about kids in the 10th grade, I could have gotten rid of that pvc pipe at Tiger Stadium. Not killing the messenger, but it’s always “so and so says they love Bama (or insert team)”..2 years later that kid isn’t even a Sec caliber player or they sign with LSU more often than not.

I agree. He has 2 sisters at LSU and everyone knows his mom and dad’s history with LSU.
I’m just sharing what an STM coach said. He mentioned 3 other SEC West schools that he was leaning towards.
And as the other poster said, no telling what will happen between now and 2022.
