L Scott, look what he did in JUCO after left us

Mett had something like 48 TDs and 1 or 2 INTs in JUCO, and he still semi-struggled in his first year starting (2nd year overall at LSU). Mett excelled in Year 3, and he also basically had no classes to really take that year.

And yes, Ware played QB in HS. So did Beckwith, IIRC. Did we mess up his maturation process also?
(Hint: NEITHER were ever recruited to be a QB at LSU.)

Our QB Coaching is abysmal - period. Have a shot with Joe B. because he was taught by Urban for 3 years, is son of a coach and even Orgeron cannot erode his present development.

It's a really good position to be in with a recruit when they come to visit your program last. That's a big advantage for us. Awesome.

I thought Leon Sandcastle was visiting that same day. Dangerous game these coaches are playing.

If he enrolls in August, wouldn’t he be immediately eligible?

He’s immediately eligible and has 5 years to play four. You can expect him to redshirt though, he hasn’t played QB in years.

At LSU or NC State he would be a walk on for fall and get a scholarship in January, would definitely redshirt his first year wherever he went. Dude has been out of football for 6 years now?

But he has the same clock as any other incoming freshman for 2018, 5 years to play 4.

WTF are we gonna do to coach them up when they get here?!?!

We have a new coach and Offensive coordinator who was a quarterback. They will now be coached up.
