This was a great recruiting weekend for us. We had a lot of our top players there. The girls [on the recruiting staff] work relentlessly and they’re a valuable part of our program.

What do the "girls" on the recruiting staff do? I just thought it was a strange comment from O.

Hosts spend a lot of time with recruits and family members when the coaches and players aren't around. We had a large group of recruits in for the Auburn game

back when I was in college I knew 2 girls on the recruitment team. they do a lot as far as package things up to send out...to being host's for the recruits and their families on game days. They do ALOT of the work behind the scenes.

Have a friend who is somehow distantly related to JaMarcus Russell. Told me two "hostesses" were giving him head in the elevator on his recruiting visit to Tennessee.

I mean I'll tell you straight up they were hotties for sure. Really nice though and down to earth which I am sure is a prerequisite to getting that job though.

That’s just how people in Tennessee say hello. Girls and guys.
