Yeah, they should know alright which is why Texas A&M is in the process of signing 4 OTHER RBs and don't seem involved with Evans anymore. Geez guy, I just called bullshite on you and that is what you came up with! Seriously? PROVE he has the scores. So far....{crickets}. He does NOT have the ACT score to qualify!

Not how it works. Once he enrolls somewhere, LOI or not, he is an initial counter if he's receiving financial aid. The LOI is not necessary it's just commonplace and accepted as the norm.
The part of him not being able to sign another this year is true. He can enroll anywhere just can't sign another loi. UGA has already released him
Last but not least, Chalky is correct. This is not and never was about his act. That is pure message board rumor that people can't seem to let go(same as the 2 points above. It's like people just reply without reading anything as it's been discussed ad nauseum since this saga began). UGA insiders have said he qualified, TAM insiders say the same(they just moved on because he chose to take it to June). LSU insiders only say they've "heard" some things about academics but no confirmation of anything.
Now what's happening now is a choice of 2 rumors. 1, he wants UGA and pushed back to June in order to prove to them he's ready to make that step or 2, he is still looking for the right fit hence the visits. The 2nd could fit with the first(my theory of what's going on w8th no knowledge) as him doing due diligence in case UGA balks. Regardless until he enrolls i believe he could end up anywhere that isn't full in june.
Not buying that Jackson is Bama yet. O is his favorite coach and TAM is gonna throw the bag at him. Do think we need the DC named and 9n campus for his visit.

I had heard it was the way you said it...Burch didn't want S Carolina, mom did. But like you said, it doesn't really matter. But the guy arguing with you lost a lot of credibility for accuracy when he CLAIMED that Evans the RB has qualified. NO site has said that...NONE!
And if he wasn't qualified by the start of January, he ain't qualified now because they don't even give ACTs in the month of January. 'nuff said!

Could you link us to an actual article that says Evans has qualified. You talk about message board rumors about not qualifying yet you then turn around and say that UGA insiders have said he has qualified. Uh exactly, who are these UGA insiders?

We aren't in for Van Pran, either. I'm not sure if it's been said before, but Jabbar Juluke's BIL is the HC at Warren Easton. For the uninitiated, LSU "demoted" Jabbar from RBs coach to some other position within the athletic dept.
LSU might recruit but isn't going to sign Warren Easton kids for the foreseeable future. Sucks, but it is what it is.

Guy you seem to be a pathological liar on this site so I hardly think it wise to believe you would ever pay off on a bet. You just make up stuff...I called you out on it...you just lied again. That pretty much ends it!

Yeah, you lied and he swore to it. What is funny is your accomplice in this charade accused others here of posting rumors. Then what does he do? He comes up with "UGA insiders" without 1 shred of proof of anything. Thus, he did EXACTLY what he accused others of doing...spreading RUMORS!
You are little more than a lying troll who just creates fictional "facts" and then when called out on your claims provides zero proof to back it up. How old are you? 12?
First how in hell would an A&M fan know he has the scores. Second, Evans hasn't done anything ridiculous in the last 2 weeks. So all of a sudden they start getting RB commits hand over fist (drop interest in #1 RB Evans and are willing to take Hubbard who is much, much lower rated) and you don't think there is an academic issue. That is so cute and incredibly stupid on your part.

I don't think this site has an IGNORE feature. If it did, you would be the initial target. You are nothing more than a pathological liar and not a very good one either. BTW, for someone supposedly not obsessed with this site, you surely post a lot. BTW, I don't call a lot of posters "trolls" so you should feel proud of that designation.

So the gist I have on Evans. During a big televised game, which was days before he was set to announce his commitment to UGA, he was used poorly by his coaches and during halftime he showed his displeasure with the coaches. He didn't see the field after halftime. After the game or the next day there was a meeting and it got very hostile and possible physical or at least an attempt to make it physical. This was the cause of the three game suspension. From what I heard the coach wanted to kick him off the team. The AD wouldn't allow it recognizing the coach staff held some accountability even if it was only that they didn't do anything to de-escalate the situation.
Smart told Evans to hold off on his announcement. Kirby cooled on him and McGee kept in contact. He wanted to commit again and was told no and was given a set of guidelines he must meet in order to be a dawg.
He met those. He signed early and UGA accepted his NLI and submitted it to the NCAA.
The night before the championship game the coaches did a round up of cell phones. Evan's told Coach no, he had family that was still traveling and would hand it over once said family members were safely at the hotel. What was public at the time was that Evans was benched or sent home over this.
What has recently came out in the last few days is supposedly there was a physical altercation over the cell phone event. Evans was set to announce at the all star game once again and planned to be in Athens on the 6th. The night before the commitment kirby told him no you can't announce tomorrow. The next day instead of announcing he had a interview with deon Sanders beside him where he apologized for his actions while looking like a scalded dog and asking for forgiveness. Sanders also plead his case for a second chance.
It appears kirby has decided to pass due to him not meeting the guidelines he was given.
There has been considerable amount of rumors and speculation swirling the last few days but the above seems to be the most likely events.
Also note worthy, his HS coaches are big time Texas fans and apparently took exception to him snubbing Texas, also each event happened leading up to announcing or signing with UGA. This causes some head scratching for me. Makes me wonder if the coaches are being spiteful and pushing his buttons intentionally... I also hear his coaches are really good coaches and are well respected so who knows.
That is what happened with Evans
Had nothing to do with grades
