I used to date his mom before she passed away when she was 17 (I was 18) in 2006. He was one years old at the time and he was a huge baby for his age. (she already had him before I met her) I see now he is 6’5 175lbs playing center at age 13! He will be 14 in January and will be in the class of 2023. His grandmother still lives here in Baton Rouge and I know with basketball you have to start early compared to football in recruiting. If any basketball recruiting insiders with connections to the LSU program could give coach Wade a heads up on Quincy, I think we have a chance if he turns out to be a hell of a ball player. I hope he does well with everything he has gone through.

I have a good feeling he will play there being all his family is there that raised him. They don’t have Will Wade and I think we will be a better basketball program by the time he signs with somebody.

I also live in Wisconsin I don't see that as a Marquette Lock...Playing in the new arena fine but it's about getting to the next level...Marquette is not putting players today in the NBA....That is why Tyler Herro a Freshmen at Kentucky and who played at Whitnall HS spurned Wisconsin and chose the SEC...And honestly I don't blame him...He will be playing against LSU this season...Jordan McCabe from Kaukana, WI playing with Huggs at WVU another freshmen this year will see significant playing time and has a chance at the next level....H.S. basketball players in this state do have talent but they are not playing for state colleges if your highly recruited....

Thanks that is good to know! I know his grandmother would love to have him back down here so she could see him play and see him more often.

My first reaction when I read the title was ‘why the frick would Will Wade be recruiting o-line?’ but I’m clearly an idiot and need to go to bed

Shouldn’t be. Look at the last big time recruit they got. Henry Elleson a couple years back. He was a top player in the nation, people probably don’t even know who he is now riding the bench for the Pistons.

No pics but she was a very beautiful and funny person. I met her 2005 when her and her son just moved down from Milwaukee to stay with her mom who relocated to work in Baton Rouge. During the winter time she went back to see her family and friends. She and her friend were hanging out in the basement with the car running listening to music and both died from carbon monoxide poison.

So, I see you've gone from contrarian to straight up a-hole.
