Rodney won’t qualify at any SEC school- NONE- he is a Junior College Dropout- there is no two-for-one deal- never was
Actually Rodney is enrolled in online classes and is set to qualify.......

I didn’t mean it will hold up. A “delay tactic” to see if they can make Ish a “5 star player”. If not, oh I forgot about that deal.

I see what you mean, I agree.

Recruiting is a dirty business that the average fan has no clue about! Money, jobs, houses, cars and girls are just a few to mention. It's sad, because coaches don't want these guys for academics, which should be No. 1. They simply want to win at all cost and if you get injured or don't pan out, see you later!

Say what you want, but amite, kentwood, and that area produce a lot of football talent. I promise you we will be wanting some players from over there in the near future. Just because kids aren't on the team now, doesn't mean they won't be. Schools that are known for producing talent also attract players. There will be more.

I'm having a hard time agreeing with this. Did they have a single top level SEC prospect between 2002 (Ricard) and 2016 (Carter)?

Schools on the Northshore area definitely have been seeing a bigger influx of talent in recent years so I think he's right in that you're going to start seeing a lot of talent in the near future. Mostly due to the population explosion in the area.

Wonder if Saban will drop Ish at the last minute just to screw with our numbers.

What am I missing here? If Saban drops Ish, we take him...that would be a good thing, right?

Everyone has a sauce, and little is reliable.

If he wants to sign with LSU, then do it. If not, we should move on.

You don't understand. Top talent is being filtered through that area. Whether the kid was from there or not. They have a farm system going on there. And there has always been talent in that area. Check state titles and their program history.
Those 2 schools consist of 3 of the top 10 players in the entire state of Louisiana this class. I would say it's a crucial area.

Oh he is trying to lump Amite with Kentwood and other areas and that is just stupid. Ask anyone from Kentwood and those surrounding areas. I think we should take the Sopshers but not because of the future of Amite but because the dude is going to be special. The future of Amite will be just like the past, and I can live with that.

They both recruit for players, Amite and kentwood, and have for some time. You are just ignorant. Kids are influenced to go to them in Jr high and it's not hard to get into one over the other. Don't tell me what I don't know. This is from the former 3x state title coach donald curriers mouth...from amite. His brother, David currier (won state as well at kentwood) was the head coach at kentwood. Lol. Don't tell me what I don't know.
And you're dead wrong on the talent aspect LINK
That's players that have played pro ball, not just college...just from amite in that time frame, then there are 2 more from kentwood as well. They have talent, all the time, and top end talent.
