In recruiting
Instead of some of those prospects LSU doesn’t want
Baylor could keep them out of the sec
And away from Arkansas A&M and ole miss
Who knows what MSU recruiting strategy will be with leach

If LSU doesn't want them then I'm not terribly worried about them going to Arkansas, Ole Miss or A/M. They have to start beating us for the guys we want, plain and simple.

This staff is going to pull in top 5 classes every year regardless ...so everyone else in the SEC has to worry about us.

Yes, LSU will continue to pull top recruiting classes for the foreseeable future. Yet the imperfection that is recruit evaluation will always lead to hidden gems developing into world class talent...Jetts from this year is a good example of a two-star rising to first round talent. Other two-stars in the League today include Khalil Mack, Carson Wentz, and Jimmy G in San Fran. I’d rather the rare gem evolve into greatness in the Big 12 than in our back yard (looking at you Dak).

Concur with OP.

We’re only credited for 22 Recruits in 2019.
IMO, we had the best class as they won’t count Jabril Cox & Shanahan (we’d have averaged over 94.0) — We should have Top 3 classes for years to come!

2021 class shaping up to be our best ever

O sure as shite ain't worried about losing players to Arkansas, Aggy or Ole Miss. O has LSU's brand stretched from coast to coast and border to border. Just sit back and enjoy this time in LSU football history. It won't last forever.
