I’m sure he’ll take it if offered, considering he would’ve taken the UH job had Major Applewhite not won it last minute.
Tommy Hair Plugs Herman felt bad for him and gave him the DC job.
I think it’s very telling that Cook never mentions Texas’ DB coach and only talks about his conversations with Herman begging him not to leave the State of Texas.
Meanwhile, everyyy time he talks about LSU, he talks about his conversations and relationship with Corey Raymond. He then will talk about his relationship with O, DBU, etc.
If Texas didn’t have two kids from Lamar already committed, I think Cook would’ve been a Tiger a while ago. This feels a lot like K’Lavon Chaisson where Texas had him “locked up” and then he put on the P&G last minute so he wouldn’t have to hear it from friends, Texas coaches, etc.
Long story short, I believe DBU prevails and Cook is a Tiger

They are gonna reevaluate cook after all star week. We will probably gain some ground back up. Rogers is gonna need another year of development with the injury which may be the cause of his drop. TBH I believe he sticks with Tcu anyway so it’s all in for Foster it seems because they haven’t offered Baldwin or corral. Baldwin imo should be offered immediately. It wouldn’t be too late and Lsu would probably instantly rise to the top of his list. Or close.

Ya, if you go there solely to look at the rankings and their fluctuations, you’re in for a bad time.
However, if you’re into one of the best sites for inside info on a school/recruiting run by some of the best in the business, then you’ll love it.

I do think 247 is the best out of all of them, they are really insightful and full of information, but as someone posted earlier they have slipped some as of late.

Texas feels good with Holton Hill declaring for the NFL draft. LSU is pushing DBU to him. Let's see if Donte decides to pull a Tre White and return for his senior year.
