55 confidence from on3 insider Gerry Hamilton.

Sam Spiegs still has his prediction in for LSU.

LSU is going to have to outbid Miami if they want to steal him away from the state of Florida, and have to be able to give Brown a good NIL opportunity.

The kids in this first batch of NIL bullshite better be sure fire hits because a few 5 star busts will level this shite out. The $10 million QB has been facing 250lb DL his entire life. How many kids never make the transition to the college game? I'm a firm believer that NIL has a maximum of 2-3 years before it comes back down to earth.

It's gone absolutely crazy. I went to the Manning passing academy this weekend and spoke to one of the SEC QB's. He told me every scholarship player at his school has some sort of NIL deal.

That’s cool and all but that is 3 years of teams in our division buying elite recruiting classes

Damn man. We seem to get our legs taken out for these big recruits pretty often it’s rough. Hope we can hold the lead for some of these awesome guys down the road.

Not saying you are wrong But do you have a source? Every recruiting service is reporting that figure and that he turned down $11 mil from Florida.

10 million is the number that has been thrown around long before this came out so it's definitely believable. Top QBs were getting offers from 2 million - 10 million.

Now you understand why Saban was so pissed. I have a feeling he's going to retire due to this because he sees a power shift and where the current landscape is going. LSU going to have to weather the storm.

This 1000x over again.

Water finds its level and a couple of companies will lose millions on guys like Garrett Gilbert, Ryan Perrilloux, Jeremy Johnson or John Brantley.

The concern is Texas and A&M. I don't think there's a limit they're willing to go to.

I think it means so much that they'll pour their life into buying players.

Y'all are lucky it ain't me cutting checks. frick these spoiled brats.

Yeah this is a real problem. Especially in a down year in Louisiana. We can’t afford to be outbid

I think you’re wrong. Doesn’t matter how many of them are busts, schools with money will continue to dish it out.

I feel like this is only because Rashada committed to Miami
There's no basis for a Miami cb for him right now because theres been no buzz to Miami for a bit
It's been all lsu for the past few weeks so I think this is just speculation that he wants to play with rashada

They won't continue to spend at this rate, particularly if they aren't winning titles. I don't care how much money you have, throwing millions towards kids and going 8-4 or 9-3 is going to sour these donors in a hurry. All we're seeing right now is fear spending because they think everyone else is going to outbid them.

Not without some sort of return they won't.
No one will shove out 20 to 30 million without some sort of return

If that is the case they will shove out half a billion eventually.
Kids better perform

I’m fine with that. With the way that NIL was supposed to go, the spirit of it, I was ok with. Didn’t necessarily love it, but I could live with it.

What’s going on now is not on the spirit of what NIL was supposed to be. It’s straight up pay for play. What it has turned into is disgusting.
