Probably. CBK is apparently reevaluating the recruiting list and accepting evaluations previously rejected by CEO and rejecting evaluations previously accepted by CEO. Not all. Just a few.
And some recruits are reading those evaluations a little emotionally. I'm sure CBK is making his evaluations objectively...at least I hope so.
