I stand where we were pre FNL. Even if bad news, which I don’t think it will be, I ll let you know. But this is following plan he had told staff. He had enough of crootin, wanted to go to FNL with couple friends, but mostly wanted his spot. Hopefully I ll hear something soon. I had read what Shea wrote yesterday, with the Myles news, forgot to check on Thomas.

No , haven’t heard actual date, if he follows what he had planned, will be in next 10 days or so. If longer then maybe he is having 2 nd thoughts. I know Florida is using lots and lots of resources on Evan Stewart from Texas and now have a chance . One source puts Stewart’s odd today @ 40/40/20 LSU/Fla./Tx. If this is factual and Bama no longer in top 3. I actually love our chances.
Also from Shea on 247- He pretty much verified some of our talk on the DL from Arizona Anthony Lucas- He added that nearly daily discussion with his Parents are ongoing since his non official, family paid for trip. Suppose to drop a Top list today. Pretty sure we on it. He didn’t say this, but I will, IF they take official here this fall, which is already scheduled, it will take a lot for him Not to be a Tiger. Shea doesn’t share my enthusiasm, but I think I have some really correct info on this one, we ll see.

How many WR’s are we taking this year? There are 2 elite WR’s in the 23 class, with one already committed. I know it’s only a commitment, but I have a good feeling he will stick. Thank you

I haven’t heard any concrete number, plus we need to realize we are hopefully landing 2 recruits that are listed as “Athlete” you know a commit from someone like Law, pretty confident he could be labeled as high potential for 3 positions. RB/WR- even CB. And if by chance both Shazz and Stewart want in , trust me, they both in, which could impact no. taken in 23. Hope this makes sense to you

To be honest, I really wish I knew more, but I don’t. We know we in it deep, but by design, he is very stealthy with his unofficial visits, He DID visit his top teams during this last small window of Open recruiting. Let’s please leave it at that. But just because I don’t know any real detail on this one shouldn’t discourage anyone of our chances. They are real, but going against ALL the Big Boys here.

There's a recap of their weekend from a Florida account and we'll it doesn't sound great. Unsure of where or when but apparently Thomas named Florida his leader and he wants to commit sometime in August. Evan Stewart also seemingly has a top three of Florida, LSU, and Bama.

I don’t think you need to sign 3 LB’s in a class anymore when the transfer portal is available and only 2 are on the field 85% of the game.
