Can't see it being LSU if he doesn't come visit, plus has been around Nebraska a lot recently

Michael Trigg come on down

Yeah I’d be surprised if it was LSU. Unfortunately dead period is a killer in recruitments like these.

Yup, definitely sucks the year after winning the national title.

But Trigg and Mykel Williams are one HELL of a consolation prize (and may be a lot better down the road)

Just reading between the lines on this one but not sold we want Trigg

His other 2 finalists are weaker programs where literally there's less than a 50% chance the coaching staff that's recruiting him will even be at those schools next year

And since he's not a legacy to any of them and really has no connection or logical proximity, it makes you wonder how coveted he is

If we wanted him then it would seem like a no-brainer for him to pick LSU considering the state of our program and how much we featured the TE last year

Without a visit it is hard to see Fidone coming on board.

Shead hasn't been talked about much on here, but the coaches have been recruiting him of late.

Very limited film of him as a pass catcher and route runner. Looks like a traditional blocking TE to me.

I would not be surprised to see him in this class to be honest. TE room is gonna be thin next year.

No shot, he spoke of knowing for a while about his decision, saying he feels so comfortable with the coaches. Speaking of LSU he barely mentioned the Coaching staff except to say he liked the way they used Moss, and said they could’ve used him more. Wanted him but I’m afraid it’s time to move on to another name on the TE board.

Wait he is committing 8/26, but visiting LSU in September? If it is Nebraska, doesn't sound like a solid commitment to me.

It's Nebraska and damn I wanted him. No visit though just means we didn't stand a chance.

I'm glad that it appears he will be committing to Nebraska. But these recruits that have worked hard to graduate early and be early enrollees are getting screwed over by the NCAA official visit rules. I think Fidone basically said he was announcing his decision now because he had no reason to believe the NCAA would allow official visits this fall

We did pickup 2 very good TE's last year and missing out on an TE this class will not be a killer.

Wasn't it posted awhile back that he would pay his own way to "visit" Lsu?

You counting on a TE room in ‘21 of...

A. Gilbert
K. Taylor
A. Moffitt
N. Storz

LSU will sign a TE in the ‘20 class.
