He's definitely be a 4 star if it wasn't for grades.
Not a fan of recruiting services lowering a kids ranking because of grades. I mean the whole point of the rankings is to see who's the best at playing football. When you throw other stuff in to it, it fricks everything up.

Agree 100% I watched the video awhile back and was very impressed with him. Should be a good one. Next years class is loaded so we will be looking good at WR NO reason we shouldn't get a top QB with what we will have

yeah, I said the same thing 2 weeks ago about Crawford. It is utter nonsense to downgrade a kid due to a PERCEPTION he may not qualify academically. What's next...doing a background check to see if he stole a Snickers bar when 8 years old and judging his character from that. Utter and complete nonsense!
BTW, even earning only 1 point on 247 ranking scale, LSU has moved past THE Ohio State University into 4th place. Looks like LSU is locked in at 4th...won't fall lower but can't catch 1, 2, or 3...even if things go perfect.

I agree. I'm not sure what the level of his competition is, but everything looks like it comes easy to him. Kid has good ball skills and speed. Should be a solid addition to our WR class.
