My vegetable garden is not necessarily dying, but they’re not growing as “healthy looking” as I think they should be. Most of them are almost yellowish. I do have two
Am I lacking calcium or iron? I would post pictures but not sure exactly how to. I can email them to someone if they like to see.

Mixed peppers

You are lacking the correct board to start with. 
Also, I think you're raising catfish incorrectly. Now I'm not a smart man, but I do believe them fish prefer water, not dirt.

I prefer coco coir with extra perlite and some nice LED cobs, 20/4 light cycle, a high early N and extra CalMag with a nice kelp extract until flower nutes.
