Saw an article on bees and now I want to plant fall/winter/early spring flowers or flowering shrubs. What works well in North Louisiana?

Fall: Most sages incl. Autumn sage and Mexican Bush Sage. Lantanas, I really like Trailing Purple Lantana. These all attract/ feed butterflies too. I get a lot of Monarchs visiting my house in the fall.
Winter: Not much, I've had Four Nerve Daisy bloom in the winter but bees aren't active then up here.
Spring: Tons of stuff blooming in the spring.
