Where to buy Breeze Blocks?

Seen em called breeze blocks or solar blocks. Basically a CMU usually 4x12x12. Looking for some in Southeast Louisiana

lowes has the snowflake pattern ones $2.68 each
they also have these in 2ftx4ft panels if you just want a decorative screen
