I tried the cleggs atrazine cocktail but it doesn’t seem to have done much. For the record the lawn is St. Aug.

Second question is the same but for bahiagrass. Although I haven’t tried spraying the Bahia yet with the atrazine cocktail. Should that do the trick or do I need something else?

Looks like Dallisgrass - if so, spray or paint glyphosate directly on weed or dig up. Here an article that will help. LINK

Bahiagrass - use MSM Turf (methsulfuron methyl) for control, you can use it in this heat but will result in temporary yellowing of surrounding St Aug. Will require multiple applications over time for total control - at least it did in my lawn.

You shouldn’t be using the winter cocktail in this heat, will damage or kill St Augustine, nor is it effective against Dallisgrass, or Bahiagrass, as you’ve already learned.

Awesome. I used the atrazine earlier this yr on the dallisgrass. I didn’t realize glyphosate was the only way to kill it. I need to put out some msm for the Virginia button weed anyway so that works out conveniently for the bahiagrass. Thanks for the help.
