Nice work. I just finished LSU bargello quilt and nice to complete those hobbies by hand and keep mind thinking. Lots of fun work!!

I appreciate the words.. he was referring to the purpleheart wood losing its vivid purple color, tho. The walnut will be fine. That said, I've never heard of that and will still take a look at it.

That looks really good! Most impressive is that i can't find the seam. Excellent joint/glue up. Unless you somehow found an 18"wide board.

I agree.
For what it's worth, I'd be willing to offer the stencil to anyone who wanted to copy it onto paper then transfer it wood themselves. Not sure how I'd get it to you, but I don't mind sharing it at all.

Nice work OP
That one certainly took quite a bit of time to complete. Amazing there was no chip out either.

Thank you! Including making the stencil, this one took about 30 hrs total. I can make duplicates in about 20 hrs i suppose. Likely a bit less if i used 1/16" inlay pieces rather than 1/8".

I have embroidery machine with scanning capabilities called IQ Designer. I have several small LSU embroidery designs. I finished the quilt with embroidered tiger paws in the upper left just like an American flag. Attached them with double stick wonder under. But thanks for the offer.
