It’s a plain belly water snake, Nerodia erythrogaster 100%. Totally harmless eater of amphibians and the water snake most likely to venture far from water.

Concur with non venomous water snake. Put steel wool in the weep holes, that allows the house to breathe, plus keeps critters out. Leave a small vertical opening between the steel wool and bottom of next brick.

Didn't this same pic get posted earlier?

It's a water snake. Probably plain belly but possibly broadbanded. If you look closely you can see the broad bands.

All snakes are either rattlesnakes or cobras. If it has no rattles it must be a cobra.
