2-3 times in the last week all the detectors go off at the same time
6 AM!!
But that’s it! They stop
Usually if a particular battery is low that particular one will keep beeping

Smoke alarms are so damn sensitive now. Try blowing out the sensors with compressed air to get rid of any dust in the units. Otherwise you may have to replace each one until you find the one that’s causing the false alarm.

Mine were doing this at 3:00 am on random days, but always right at 3:00 am. They were a little over 9 years old so I changed them all and they haven’t done it since. I think they are recommended to be changed every 10 years. Got the ones with CO monitors built into them for peace of mind.

How old are the alarms? Life expectancy is 8-10 year from what I researched recently, but could last longer.

There is a scientific reason your alarms go off in the middle of the night. As the temperature cools, the batteries work less efficiently, when it warns back up, the batteries work better. This is the first sign that your batteries are almost completely failing. If you have replaceable battery units you can just throw some new 9v’s in. If you have sealed units you need to replace. If your alarms are at/near or over 10 years you should replace. Make sure to buy the same brand then you can use the same base and just pop some new ones on

Had similar issues, went with Nest smoke/co2, they are expensive but worth every penny. Only ever one false alarm since and it was from humidifier vapor and coolest feature is when it went off, it says what room the issue is in. So at 4am the alarm goes off you know immediately in groggy state where the emergency is. Also when away from home you know if theres a problem. Would never go back to the $20 pieces of shite again
