What is the issue with it? You may be better off just buying a new one if it isn't something you can fix yourself.

I had St Gabriel hardware work on my gator tail that sat up 2-3 years and was not expensive and has been running great since. 4-h equipment on walker south road worked on my stihl saw and did well too.

K&D Rental works on them and this time of year get them turned around pretty quick. Never had much trouble with them work wise. Price wise about like the others.
