Shower system rec

Re doing our master bathroom and looking for shower head recs, would like something a little nicer than a standard set up in a master.
Was toying with the idea of a rain shower as well as a shower head. But, the contractor said we would probably get more use out of a shower head and wand type set up. I just don't see me using the wand too much. Said the rain shower would be a more relaxing thing that a getting soap off thing.
Would like a big shower head that puts out a lot of water with pressure.

Then you don’t want a rain shower. Those are gentle, not high pressure.

I have high end rain showers and regular heads. I like the width of coverage of a rain shower, but prefer the pressure and stream from wall shower vs overhead rain. Best shower heads imo are Speakman, but I've had great delta systems as well. I have had hand showers in last two showers, and the use is occasional for me. Great for cleaning shower if you do that yourself. I use now mainly to spray dirt or grass off after yard work. They are absolutely not an essential item. The ideal setup to me would be an optional rain head and regular head combo rather than hand shower.

I have both in mine. Standard head and a rain shower. There's a diverter valve that you can open and close to switch between the two or to use them both at the same time

We have a 10" Hansgrohe raindance rain head, and it seems to have sufficient pressure. There's some kind of "air" tech that it uses, so maybe that has something to do with it.
We also have a handheld, and oriented it on a slide bar such that it can be pointed down like a regular shower head, although we never use it this way. The rain head is sufficient.
We really like the wand, especially for cleaning the shower.

A wand is mostly useful for cleaning the actual shower, bathing pets, and shaving legs. A wand can replace a regular showerhead or you can have both.
The rain shower is not like standing outside in a heavy rain.

Big shower head but gut it rip out all the washers or it won’t rinse soap off
