Shop Insulation

Going to start on my shop in about a month. What’s everyone going with for insulation? I have heard of different types of barrier wraps and also the love/hate with foam. Anyone had any good, bad, wish I wouldn’t have done that experiences with shop insulation?

Battens are fine and more then enough. 
Hell, if you want it to stay cool or heat, then just frame the walls with 2x6's to add more insulation.
