I'm in the process of selecting a contractor. I really wanted a sink but both contractors talked me out of it because of cost. Said it would be around $3,000 to tie into the existing sewage line. Guess I will be going inside to wash my hands.

Yeah. I am hoping to find a person that will just run mine out in the backyard somewhere. Or look the other way while I do it.
If not, no sink

Had 1 contractor come out and suggest running it out to creek behind my house after the inspection was done. Guess it's a thought.

How do you handle the smoke from the grill? Looks like it will all get up in your covered porch area

I will probably use it once a blue moon and we are talking a little hand soap and fish scales.
I am more worried about inspections if I ever want to sell the home

You put fantasy brown quartzite outside? Damn JP moneybags. I got honed ubatuba only because I found a remnant.

I looked at your layout and plan from the earlier post, very much appreciated.
I’m likely going with a smaller gas grill, burner, and a sink. I think the patio layout will be similar to yours at around 12-13ft located on the wall to the side of the main area and the fireplace will be somewhere else not in that area. I can assure you, we will use the fireplace a lot. I have a primo XL on a cart, so trying to figure out if I have enough room for it in that space or if I just leave it on the cart next to the fireplace. Waiting on the plans to get better dimensions.

All I want is a sink, grill, place for my Primo, trash can, and drawers.
I can help with the trash can.

The straight portion is around 9’ long with a Grill and side burner on the countertop, trash drawer, access/storage, and a fridge. Then wraps the 45 corner with a sink and additional drawer space.

That's frikin' awesome. I don't think my new house has much brick in back. I'll have to see tonight. My options may be severely limited.
