New dishwasher rec’s

Moms got a 2 year old Electrolux/Frigidaire.

Faulty connection will cost 400 to fix.

Multiple neighbors are saying that these are garbage dishwashers.

I would have to say that my experience is the sam with my LG too.

I may just bite the bullet instead of fixing a shitty dishwasher.
Wanting to stay In The 500-700 range.

Rec?

Bosch. Have them in 4 rental cabins and at our house. We've had Kitched Aid, GE Profile and one more I can't remember. None of them cleaned as well as Bosch does.

I bought this Bosch Ascenta ($599) for my daughter last year. It’s a great dishwasher and she loves it. We have had our Bosch for 10+ years with no problems. Lowes

Just bought the high-end Bosch. Very happy right now. It works great, and if it didn't have the red light that shines on the floor, I would have no idea that it's running.

I've weighed in on a few of these and suggested Kitchenaid. I need to update my recommendation. Mine is maybe 5 years old now and stopped filling.

I have changed the fill valve, float switch and now the main board. I also found where the wires got hot enough to burn into the inside door insulation causing a break in one of the wires to the fill valve. Even after repairing that connection... still doesn't fill.

I'm going to go kick the tires on some Bosch models today.

We just bought a Kenmore Elite dishwasher from sears.com and can’t be happier. It’s sturdy, high quality, and cleans the shite outta the dishes. It’s also super quiet. So quiet that I have to actually bend down to put my ear next to it just to make sure it’s on.

$1,300

If you’re willing to spend $2200 on a dishwasher, you probably want a Bosch Benchmark and just don’t know it yet.
