Denham/BR Ida shredded & blew down ceiling insulation in 25x35 shop. Torn & cannot reinstall.
Insulation looks like plastic bubble wrap coated with silver & white sheets
Any recommendations on who to call regarding repair/replacement? I don't have any info on who constructed the shop.
Thanks

That stuff is a pain and I have seen it fail on many metal buildings. It's like foil backed bubble wrap.
If it were my building I would remove all of it and have spray foam applied.
Only other way I know of is to use conventional insulation and hold it up with mesh/chicken wire. Even though spray foam may be expensive the labor to install conventional with a support grid won't be cheap.
