What height do you consider "tall"? Mine are 5-6' tall and I have to cut them back every year.

Have you tried the retail garden centers like LA Nursery and Cleggs? They use to sell them - I assume they still do.

How much do you want? I have a 3' x 6' area with some overgrowing on the outside of my fence. You can have some of mine if you want to come dig some up. Just dig up the shallow roots and plant them. Trust me, they'll grow.

Ditto on this. I’ve got some you’re free to dig up and take. Where are you located?

If you had caught me in May, I could have filled an Olympic sized swimming pool with the ones I took out. Grown from about 4 small plants. Took them out to get some color instead.
