I will need a slab, roof tying into the house roof, electrical ran and a fireplace. I’m located in the Mandeville. I’m also going to have to take about 5 trees down, any recommendations on who to use for that?

Wish I could help with names, but I’ve had problems finding anyone in BR to do this same thing for me that doesn’t seem determined to gold plate the estimate. Prepare thy anus, unless you have a more realistic idea of cost than what I did.

I’m in the same boat, minus the trees.
The 1 quote I got was ridiculous.
I really need the new roof tied in. I can do the electrical and plumbing for patio sink myself.
It’s the damn roof tie in that is out of this world

I am working on getting something like this done in my area. Like people have mentioned prices are crazy high. That is both due to material costs skyrocketing, but also new construction has been booming as well. So a lot of these contractors aren't short on work and the patio/home addition projects don't make the money that new construction homes do (especially if they are custom home builders). So a lot of these guys seem to bid high and if they get the project great they will make a ton, but its the only way its worth their time at the moment.
At least that is my take on it. Good luck!
