Livingston Parish dirtwork/site prep?

I'm currently taking bids on clearing trees, digging a pond, and building house pad and workshop pad in the Walker area.
Any recommendations on site prep guys?
I've had 2 guys come out already that I don't feel comfortable with doing the work.
Also, has anyone here had any work done by Sibley's Dozer Work (Marty Sibley)? If so, how was your experience?

PLEASE email me before choosing someone.im in walker and i went through 3 guys and spent way too much money to get my place looking half assed decent. one guy completly screwed me over and another just never would finish. i hope and pray no-one gets as screwed with dirt work again as i have.

Brad Marcotte Construction can do all three clear land, build pads, and build house. Great guy does Great work also

Although he didn’t do my work, I really liked what he did for my neighbors and they had nothing but good things to say about him. Very quick, clean, and professional. Would have used him if I knew of him:

I have a guy that is cheap and very good, but he is very slow and will take time. Depends what you’re looking at time frame.

My time frame is based 70% on "very good" and 30% on "cheap."
I will wait for a reasonably priced person that knows what they're doing. No rush.

He dug our pond and built out pad. I haven’t built yet but he was def reasonable and did good work!

Okay, I misunderstood. Thanks for the info! I'll give him a call. When I first looked him up, it just seemed like he was a GC and just did turn key builds.
